Our application process:

I. Your submission
II. We review your answers and make a determination on if all questions answered fit with our player base and if we can accommodate your entry.
III. We take time and go over with you the questions and answers in your application.
IV. If Raid we begin a small series of interviews before accepting a "Recruit". We want to see your progress with us and if you can carry a considerable amount of weight without the FC. Can you clear content and carry new players. (If Social we accept based on a small short interview if you are accepted you will be given the title "Civilian" and you are free to use voice chat and website with restrictions only in the Raid Member category. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE A SOCIAL "Civilian" MEMBER AND LATER DECIDE YOU WISH TO BECOME A RAID "Recruit" MEMBER YOU MUST REAPPLY AS A RAID MEMBER)
V. After initial approval we begin the trial process where WE WILL INTENTIONALLY BREAK YOU. This phase may prove too much for some but we are looking for exceptional players in character, in game and we will not accept anything other that this in our raid groups.
VI. After the trial period is over we will have a officer meeting before accepting you as full member and interview you again. Once you're in, you're in!
